New season brings new things for GLO!

Spring is here and we're just as excited as you are for the change in seasons! In fact, we've been about "change" for the past 6 months! There's been a frenzy of fun and exciting changes going on behind the scenes here at Grunden Law Office (GLO). Not only have we continued to grow our practice, but we've added some new technology, a new employee, and we're working on a new web design with updated blogs and information that you can use!

This is just the tip of the iceberg, as they say. We've got many more great things in store for you and for our growing clientele as 2017 continues. We'll keep you updated as things happen... but for now, checkout the updates below!

"Do you know where your Trustee is?"

The better question might be “do you even know who your trustee is?”

Many of us have revocable living trusts set forth for children and loved ones. Others have special needs trusts, irrevocable trusts, IRA trusts, and other tax strategy trusts. You may recall a discussion when these were established as to whether you should name a bank or other financial institution or someone you know to serve as trustee once you are gone. (read more....)

Meet our newest team member, Christie

Christie is our Client Care Coordinator and works closely with all of our clients to ensure their experience is positive and personal. She comes to GLO with a background in online marketing, sales, customer service, financing and business development. In her free time, Christie enjoys serving in her church and camping with her family and her dog, Musha. Christie joined the team in October and already she has launched several technical advances to help our practice run more efficiently. Welcome, Christie! We're glad to have you as part of our team!

Online move means upgrade in service

In December, GLO went web-based! We joined a new practice management system that is online and web-based. It was a big undertaking, but well worth it! What does that mean for you? Well, you'll still experience a very personalized approach to your legal needs, but now, internally our efforts are more streamlined and efficient which means we can devote more time to caring for what counts most... YOU!

Medicaid Planning continues to be an area of growing concern

Approximately 1 in 8 Americans between ages 40-60 face the daily challenges of being a ‘Sandwich Generation Kid'. Common struggles include having to pay for mom or dad's long-term care while providing for their own family, shielding mom or dad's assets from nursing home facilities and cleaning up financial or legal messes in the absence of proper planning. Learn how we help walk families through the maze of Medicaid eligibility, penalties, lookback periods and tax implications by clicking here!

We’re Different and Different Is Good.

At GLO we’re reviving the lost art of listening. It’s your planning, not ours. You tell us how you want to take care of your family and business. We will listen and put everything in place.
