It's been a year full of great things for us to celebrate here at GLO. As 2016 ended, we were hard at work behind the scenes launching a new practice-management program to help us better serve our clients. This web-based program, along with cloud-based file storage, has given us more opportunity to deliver better communication and timely feedback.
In April, our team was a vendor participant at Tapestry 2017, an annual women's event that raises scholarship dollars for IPFW. We hosted a fun photo booth and met all sorts of wonderful ladies!
Throughout the year we continued to build on our education and expertise, but June brought a very valuable experience as April and Christie attended a weekend retreat in Chicago to enhance our processes and marketing efforts. It was a fun time that prompted some great ideas to take GLO from great to fabulous!
April became a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and our firm joined WealthCounsel. These two prestigious organizations provide valuable resources and support with timely updates on changes that might impact our Estate Planning, Elder Law and Medicaid Planning clients.
During the summer we welcomed Lexi Grunden for the summer and in August we hired Delaney Feipel as an Assistant Client Care Coordinator.
October brought about several things to celebrate. Our Client Care Coordinator Christie Browning celebrated her one-year anniversary and our team participated in the Whitley County Senior Fair.
Amy Wagler re-joined the GLO team in November as a Legal Services Coordinator and of course, we all enjoyed a great Thanksgiving holiday.
Most of all, we celebrate the many families and returning families we have had the privilege to meet and serve this year. We are honored with your trust and your referrals, and are grateful for the ongoing relationships we build all year long.
