As a Legal Services Coordinator, Amy Wagler is dedicated to seeing that our clients’ matters are handled efficiently and effectively. Her level of client care and service continues the Grunden Law Office expectation in communication and satisfaction.

Before taking the role of Legal Services Coordinator, Amy was instrumental in structuring many of our office processes and administrative needs as a Client Care Coordinator. She has played a vital part in our firm’s marketing and client outreach. Many of the long-term relationships we value today were originally cultivated by Amy in her previous position.

Prior to joining Grunden Law Office, Amy worked at a local hospital where she assisted in direct patient care. This experience combined with her office skills allows Amy to not only handle the behind the scenes necessities, but also provide client compassion and knowledge in the area of estate and Medicaid planning. Her personal experience affords her a genuine understanding of the emotions that often surround family members during these processes.

She is a commissioned Notary Public for Allen County. Amy believes that communication is the most important key in any relationship. Everyone has a unique story, so her motto is “never judge a book by its cover.” In her spare time, Amy enjoys watching movies with her three sons and working in her yard. She is an avid fan of her niece and nephew on the ice as they play hockey for their respective college teams.

"I heard April Grunden's presentation in November of 2015 and was impressed. Although I had two friends who are attorneys, I liked the way she dealt with the sensitive issue of Estate Planning. My first appointment went extremely well as she made me feel at ease. She didn't use complicated legalese to explain what I needed and she was upfront about pricing. The Grunden Law Office team was very prompt in preparing documents and offered lots of smiles. I felt like they were looking out for my best interests." - Michael
