October Newsletter

I hope this month's newsletter finds you well and enjoying the fall season.
Here at the firm, we are busy getting ready for the holidays and decorating the office accordingly. We've got our pumpkins and cornstalks, and we are looking forward to having some of our staff members bring in pictures of their “trick or treaters.”
Do you have children or grandchildren? I always like to hear about their choice of Halloween costumes. If they have their eye on a “favorite” character already, hit “reply” and let us know who it is!  I have a hunch that many of the classic superheroes will be making appearances this Halloween. That's good news for those of us who are older; at least we can recognize what characters are knocking at the door (or greeting us on Zoom)!
A final thought: in our years of practice, we've unfortunately found that parents spend more time planning for Halloween and picking out the perfect costume than they do planning for their children's future in the event that mom or dad is incapacitated or passes away. If you haven't yet named legal guardians who could raise your kids if you were unable, let this be your friendly reminder that it's time to get it done. We are here to help guide you through the process. Just hit “reply” if you'd like to schedule a time to come in and talk.

Let the GLO team help you! Give us a call at 260-969-1177 to schedule an appointment!

Enjoy the season,

With Thanksgiving only a few weeks away, our team wants to say “thank you” for being such a wonderful friend and client of our law firm. This year we've reached more people than ever with our message of having “tough conversations” and the importance of having a plan that ensures your family, wishes and assets stay protected if the unthinkable happens. Here you will also be able to download our free postcard that offers 5 simple questions to ask so that you can better understand your loved one's wishes during a medical crisis.

We’re Different and Different Is Good.

At GLO we’re reviving the lost art of listening. It’s your planning, not ours. You tell us how you want to take care of your family and business. We will listen and put everything in place.
