We start our series with Ashley Miller, one of our office interns! Ashley, a Leo Jr./Sr. High School Class of 2020 graduate, joined our team as an intern in January of this year. After completing her internship with GLO, Ashley plans on attending Michigan State University this upcoming fall to pursue a degree in Business Management, as well as to follow her student-athlete lifestyle by continuing her softball career.
When asked to describe herself, she spoke about being the easy-going type. This is seen by colleagues through the calmness and humility she brings into our office each day as she is a down-to-earth friend to all. Ashley's coworkers describe her as someone whose positive attitude never goes unnoticed and her attention to detail never fails. They love that she takes pride in the assignments given to her and works by thinking independently and offering input where she sees opportunity to improve the process or solve problems. Her kindness is bright, and her character is strong.
Ashley has a wide variety of interests such as playing softball, attending sporting events, snow skiing, mountain biking, and traveling if opportunities arise. But when all is said and done, nothing beats relaxing with crafty projects at hand and spending quality time with her family and friends.
When asked what she loves most about working here at Grunden Law Office, Ashley said she loves the ability to learn something new every day as no day has been the same as the last. She also enjoys working alongside the other GLO team members who are “so welcoming and kind”, making her work more fun. She is grateful to have gained professional experience and knowledge since beginning work here, and she looks forward to carrying it with her in her future endeavors.
